What is a Product Feed

CJ’s product feeds functionality allows you to submit feeds of your products and their details to CJ. This enables publishers to find and promote your products on their sites. It also enables you to access rich product-level data about the products you are selling.

How to send your Product Feed

Product Feed for Category/Item-Level commissioning

If your CJ integration allows you to pass SKUs in your transaction data (i.e., you have an item-based pixel or batch), you can use your product feed to populate product lists in your CJ account. In order to do so, the ID you pass in your product feed match exactly the SKUs you pass in your pixel or batch.

You must have your product lists set up before submitting your product feed. You must pass the names of your product lists as values in your feed; the list of available fields for populating product lists varies by which type of product feed you are submitting.

For Shopping (Google format) feeds, this must be either in the google_product_category, product_type, or one of the custom_label fields.

For Travel and Experiences feeds, this must be either brand, brand_id, category_name, city, country, province_state, travel_type, custom_identifier_1, custom_identifier_2 or one of the custom_label fields.

When setting up your product feed, set the Field to Use for Item Level Commissioning option to the field you will be sending your product list names in. Remember that these values must match exactly, and are case sensitive.
